Does anyone know where I can get some 50mm front lowering springs from?
I can see King springs have 30mm “low” springs. But I’m keen to go to 50mm. |

If it were me I'd stick with -30mm. Running 205's there a chance they could catch the front spoiler and inner tub when under load and at heavy lock.
The other downside of lowering is that, unless you install a kit, there is no camber adjustment on the Escorts. The lower you go the more negative camber you get, throwing the whole front end geometry out of whack resulting in extra pressure on components that wouldn't normally bare that kind of stress on a regular basis. It'll chew tyres too. Lowered isn't always best for handling.
