Radio reset on Focus 2010

Hi folks I’m having an issue with my standard fitted radio.

After the car is turned off I lose all my settings on my radio. (Sometimes the settings for bass and treble stay but not every time.)
At the same time my cigarette lighter doesn’t turn off. I’m aware of this as my sat nav stays on at all times.
I’m thinking that the wires have previously been swapped round to keep the lighter on at all times.

Any help you guys can give would be greatly appreciated.
