SYNC voice messaging

Hi guys,

Having an issue with SYNC voice messaging, I can listen to messages but I can't respond to them. When I reply with what I want to message, SYNC says "cannot send" a couple of times then "cannot connect" and I have to press the hang up button. It's weird because I answer plenty of phone calls and can get SYNC to read my messages but not respond to them. It was working at the start (admittedly only sent 2 messages).

Anyone else have this issue?
