Thumbs up Good Focus "How-to" section

Thought you guys may be interested in this.

There's some pretty good information in these threads. First up is the retro-fit of a genuine Ford armrest in the Mk2.

http://www.focusowners.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=27779

And the entire forum "How-to" section -

Some good stuff in there. Hope it helps!

Thanks for the link but do they have anything for the LS in those sections? I have quick look and found nothing applicable to the LS...

Just curious.

Cheers

LS is referred to as Mk 2 isnt it?

I thought the fog lamp install was on an LS.

They refer to Mk2.5, which is the '08 update I guess.

Really the LT should be the MK2.5, and the '08 update should be....er.... MK2.75

Yeah, based on some of the interior shots in a few threads, you can make out the LR, LS's etc.

In the armrest thread for the LS, it seems a bit of a shame that you've got to change out the entire plastic section to replace it with one with a fitted armrest from the LX - logically, you'd think it'd be a module that fits in place.

There is, but it looks pretty poxy compared to the all in one.

Then again, I have never seen one of these in the flesh.
