Default Window down racing?

Are you allowed to race with your drivers window down at WSID?

My window won't go up and I couldn't be ****** fixing it.

You wont be racing unless you fix it,they dont muck around there, they will pick it up at the staging lanes even if you get through scrutineering....

Ya not wrong. I had my window down about 5mm one night without noticing. Go to stage and the guys pointing and stuff??? Comes over to my window so I roll it down a bit, at the same time I hear "put ya window up", So while the chaos is unfolding he goes to tap on my window at the same time as I roll it down a bit, his finger goes inside window, I am panicking and wind the window up.... And jam his finger in it. DOH!

Friends now

Can u put a glass in and lock it closed??

Yes a mate takes his club rego'd charger out on private days,no probs at all, infact I dont think they bother with reg much anymore?
At least they havent asked for rego papers from me in a while.
I have done a pass once with the window down,it was on a private day, where they can be a little lax (understaffed) the noise of the exhaust bouncing off the wall at full revs was awsome..
