Not sure where to post this - please move mods if inappropriate! (this is a fundraising event)
Tatts Pub at Blayney, NSW (25 mins from bathurst) is holding a good old Ferret Derby on Saturday 3rd March 2006. Accomodation is available at the pub, or there is room for anyone who wants to throw down a swag out the back near their vehicles. This event is a fundraiser for careflight, be great to see some FordForum members there! Noon onwards, as well as the Ferret Races there will aslo be a jumping castle and face painting for the kids, a sports memorabilia auction and live entertainment that night. For more information or to nominate to race ring Craig Biffin at Tatts Pub on 6368 2145. If you are looking for a weekend away and want to experience some country fun this just might do the trick

hmm interesting. Where do you live lush? I live in Orange, I see you put down central west.. Bathurst, Orange, Blayney, Millthorpe??

I lived at Mandurama, and then Blayney (Blayney in the last year)
I just moved down the South Coast though near my parents due to some family health issues. I will probably be back for the ferret races though I used to work out at Cadia Mines near Orange.

Actually how ever you try to word racing ferrets, ferret derby, ferret day etc..........Its all a bit suss!!!!!! Love your avatar by the way...........
