Default Please help, Ford Escort colours
Hi guys,

Just a newbie here. currently restoring a 71 Mk 1 2 door escort.
Im desperately trying to find somewhere on the web that there
would be the factory colours for the car...Any one have a link at
all???

Im sorry if this has already been asked before, but could not find
anything under the search function!

Sorry, I can't think of anywhere that has that info, but if you do find it anywhere, can you please let me know so I can add it to my site. That was one of the reasons I started my site, there was nowhere where all the information anybody could want about the Escorts is available all in the one place, hopefully my site will fill that void

I have the codes and names of colours in my W/shop manual but no colour chart unfortunatly.. will post up tomorrow when i can get to the Manual lol

Looked at your w/site The MaDDeSTMaN. Very good. I joined the
other forum on that as well, but therre does not seem to be
as big a base as herre.

Thanks, I have only had it up for a month or so, and the main site is in dire need of a redesign, I'm still trying to get the information I need, then I'll make it all easy to navigate and read. I've got a bit more information to add to the site, but there is some information that is hard to find, as you have found yourself.

The forum on my site only has a few members for a few reasons, it hasn't been there that long, its only really of interest to other Escort enthusiasts, and right now it's not that easy to find. It should become a little busier once I've got my own domain, but as long as it turns out to be a useful reference to people, as well as a great place for Escort enthusiasts to go, I'll be happy...

i have an old colour chart which i can scan if i ever get my scanner to work. hopefully soon. i might have some other stuff you might like Maddestman...
