2012 (MY13) Focus ST

I have a 2012 (MY13) Focus ST and am trying to upgrade the radio to a 8" sync 3 system from the 4" system.

My question is, does anyone know where I can get a sync1 (BTC) to sync 3 conversion cable so I can install the 8" screen and apim. Has anyone already tried this and have it working. I would love to know where you got your cable from.

I want to install a pre made cable and not have to butcher any of the existing wiring-harnesses. I have already bought a cable and have it working 80% but cannot talk to the apim to program the buttons on the steering wheel and the radio bezel buttons. After a lot of mucking around, we believe that I may have bought the wrong cable, even though the seller said it would work with my car.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
