Ford Focus 2018 Error code P2111

My wifes 2018 1.5L Ford Focus 60,000kms has the engine light ON and goes into limp mode. Scan tool indicates error P2111 - Throttle stuck open. There does not seem to be any other errors just the P2111. I can clear the code and engine idle is restored (is very lumpy when engine light is on) and you can drive it very slowly but as soon as you try to accelerate it goes into limp mode, engine idle lumpy and engine light ON. Presently in Hidden Valley Ford here in Darwin, throttle body flap does not seem to be stuck but the Ford dealer does seem to be. Any information on a possible cause and way forward appreciated.
