hi

also is there a way to find friends similar age to you if you work every weekend and every holiday as thats when younger people usually are out doing stuff and is there a way around it while you're in that position or is this likely to be same for as long as youre doing it for.

is there a way to improve work life balance while working weekends and every holidays and/or in food service which usually requires that while you are trying to do right thing and try hang on a bit longer until the time is right.

think yous could be right that we live in a throwaway time now where you don't try fix things before finally replacing which probably why people throwaway jobs like they do with ict equipment as soon as they start wearing out which makes people look bad when they're tired and are just trying to hang on as long as they can

people probably dont want to deal with something always going wrong with things and accept that itll happen more as things get older and just get over it like previous generations and just throw it out.

Why does it seem that at moment everyone seems to leave hospitality all at once and never return

How come people throw job in more than previous generations
