That kind of makes sense. However, in the limited domestics i have done, im yet to come accross an external single brick wall thats anywhere near as nice on the inside as the outside. Yeah theres brick ties, but surely with just a frame and not sheeted it couldnt take too much time to trowel of the inside of the external.
