Mondeo AC has always been ordinary in my opinion. The MB XR5T we had was useless. I thought they would have sorted it out by now.

Ditto with my MB XR5T.
Very poor from day 1 of new car ownership. Would have been a deal breaker if I'd known beforehand. Dealer ''checked'' it three times during warranty and said all OK.
(Disclaimer: some dealers are better than others.)

Finally paid to get my regular mechanic to regas, and hey presto, works like it should. Last January at Narrabri it was a recorded 43deg outside, and aircon set on 20deg inside meant a very pleasant cool drive south to Coonabarabran for the overnite stop (have the photos to prove it!!)

Just get an independent to regas.
