Default Bill Ford, an interview

Would you buy a new car from this man? That's a very good question from TIME magazine; what do you think?

How Do You Change Your Corporate Culture? What do you think of his answer?
I reckon he's right, if you change too much it's no longer Ford.

The article is a good read, if your interested it is in the January 30 TIME magazine.
It is also partially available here;

Default Letters

There were a few letters to the editor in response to the Ford article, I'm a little surprised that there were no Aussie letters, there's usually a few.

the last letter hit the nail on the head, loyalty means f-all, jeez I would never be so one eyed to consider just ford as my car of choice. Their quality here and over in the states is so bad that people will driven away in droves.
