Another hot day and another trip down to the beach. Got to 39 in town. Was warm when we first got down the beach but shortly after the seabreeze kicked in.

Another beach shot, this one looking north east, back towards the township.

The dog seemed to enjoy her swim in the creek, too.

We then travelled north east to the next town and grabbed some very tasty fish and chips and ate it by the beach. A very pleasant evening. To top it off, by the time we got back home, the temperatures had dropped significantly.

For someone to attend a prestigious award gathering, it is extremely in bad taste.

Betty the Magpie & gang, haven't been raided for at least the last yr. Seemed to have expanded their territory by at least a couple of hectares South & East.
The nasty Western gang that was always on the attack has declined. Probably 5-6 left & only ever come up to the border of a morning for bit of spy!
Enjoy watching the gang, practicing their flight skills, play fighting etc.

i have a Panasonic Sound Bar that I have had for a couple of years that would automatically turn off after a period of time if a Movie, Stream etc was paused.
I had been searching for ages how to disable the function, I had the manual a few times and it was not very clear.
I had searched the Internet , Forums etc and no luck.
Yesterday I sat down and had had another try.
I finally worked out the remote buttons work differently in the different menu levels and was able to disable the auto off.

My dearest was trying to no avail, to pair her phone with the “Living Room TV” so she could watch Russian news propaganda on the big screen instead of her phone. I struggled to point out that it was actually the neighbours’ TV she was attempting to send the video stream to.

Just finished watching it myself Cav - I thought she handled herself well, spoke well, addressed journos by name. Would be very intimidating with all these journos trying to 'catch you out' for a story.

But the NQR people only want you to focus on 52m38s to 52m 44s of the video where she leaves the dais after telling the media that the press session was over. "Bad press secretary refuses to answer questions as she runs to hide from the media" they scream.

The main stream Journalists are suffering from bruised egos and have their noses out of joint.
Trump is including the new media in Presidential Press Conferences and Briefings. Traditional media sphere of influence is waning as shown by the election result.
I loved her answers succinct and to the point.
