1) get more fit - currently riding to work daily, I want to do some longer distance rides - but a race bike, and partake in the 210km Around the Bay in a Day (October 2006) - and complete it in less than 7 hours.

2) I've got evap aircon, get a dual outlet split system

3) re-weatherboard the house, as part, design new paint scheme for the outside

4) as part of 3, improve insultation throughout the house and try and reduce heating/cooling leaks

5) be a better person.

6) get a promotion (should happen in a month or so)

Well last year I actually pulled through. Got a V8 by the time the year was out.

This year I want the rust done on the XB and to get myself a bit fitter.

That is basically mine too.

Item 1 is in planning right now. All I need is a fridge and a coffee table, then somewhere cheap to rent.

Coffee table? Why would you need a coffee table?

The fridge I agree with entirely. But after that isn't it just a tv, a milk crate to put under the tv and something soft (preferably located close to fridge) to sit on infront of the tv?
