Red face Centre Dash surround

O.K. the centre dash surround that goes around the two vents and stereo. Is anyone able to help with a step by step removal of one please. I want to swap the ones I have in my XR8 and TE50 around because the T has a phone holder mounted to it(I didn't do it). I need a simple step by step instruction guide. Help please.

not that hard
there is 2 screws behind the ash tray and another 2 behind the
stereo then it just unclips if you dont have stereo removal tools they can be
made out of a wire coat hanger or similar

From the "Useful AU threads" list, is this

http://www.fordforums.com.au/showthread.php?t=95787

It's for a series 1 but there are not to many differences between the two. I believe none in the way they mount.

Cheers
