To be fair Blacks no worse than Pearl Blue i can wash it and the things dirty before i get outta the driveway,had a Phantom Purple XR6 ute was just as bad. Oddly enough awhile back i bought a Mitsi Triton which is a really bright white the thing can still look really clean weeks after being washed. Cant remember if my XR8 ute was Venom or the other red that was close,liked it for sure.
