Default Idea - WRECKERS sticky

Hi All. I am a member of a Torana site too. Talk about chalk and cheese! LOL.

One good element on that site is a wreckers sticky. When members come across a car, they list where it is, what it is and whats left. Its a good system, and works interstate too. Usual way it goes is "I'm going to such and such to get a headlight surround. Any one else want anything? PM me and we'll sort something out."

Just a thought MODS.

As I have a bog stock '08 hatch, I'll be cruizing for parts to upgrade as I go.

I know Imlachs in Clayton, Melbourne now wreck Focus on a regular basis.

Recently picked up an LR Focus air conditioner compressor for $195 with 6 month warranty. Ford wanted $1300

Kinda sad to think that a Focus is still a pretty recent car and yet the wreckers are stocking a few of them. Must be alot of poor drivers out there :(

However I have to agree that a sticky is a good idea. You never know what might be lurking under the hood of a wreak
