My 4-speed auto LV petrol was at 2750 rpm at 110kph.

considering how much torque the diesel engine has I agree with Yellow Festiva, 2,100/2,200RPM seems on the high side to me

Which is what I was getting at. I can't believe my Focus Handbook nor the Ford site have any details about transmission ratios! What happened??? Too technical?

Hyundai list them online - but all the transmissions are almost 6sp across the board with most brands.

I was hoping to compare a few 2010 models, but the information cannot be found with any ease it seems.
