Default Re: Ford Telstar TX5 No Start Problem???

O.k we had another look under the dash after xmas lunch on sunday and found a black immobliser box behind a couple of big wiring connectors on the right hand side behind all the wiring near the fuse panel.

Had to disconnect the connectors to get the black box out.

Left it until this morning to have another play and ended up just removing a black 2 pin connector from immobilizer loom and plugging that into the original female loom plug just above the steering column where the other ignition connectors all plug in.

Then basically just cut the whole immbilizer out with side cutters and threw it on the shed floor beside the car. Thers ALOT of wires going into that black box.

Still got all dash lights on but now no relay under dash clicking when trying to crank and no sounds of fuel pump trying to prime either???

Gotta wait until next Saturday.....AGAIN.....to have another look!
