Default Rear Disc Brake conversion?

Do you guys have a rear disc brake conversion for the 2009 Hilux 4x4 and what better discs/pads do you have for the front.
Just got a new hilux and the brakes are shocking.

Any help appreciated.

Wade

2009 SR5 dual cab 4x4 V6

I was looking at something like the DBA 4000 rotors on the front with maybe some ferodo pads or there abouts.
