Question fuel filter help please

How do I change my fuel filter?????

I changed it and everything looked fine untill i started it up and fuel started ИИИИing out of the screw in connection.

I'm doing it at the minute so any help would be great!!!!

What car is it mate? I've had this exact problem when I was servicing one of the membrs on this forums car. It Turned out that the fuel filter had a manufacturing defect where the taper on one end was too large so it wasn't mating properly to the fuel pipe. I am still yet to go back and get a replacement fuel filter. Lucky I still have the receipt.

I got it sorted now mate....thanks.

I dont know what was wrong with the Ryco filter that i was using but I put in a Valvoline one and it worked out fine. Maybe it had a default as well!!

(It's a Falcon EF BTW)
