It looks like i will have 2 Only x FG Black Brembo 6 piston 355mm front brake kits available for sale at reduced prices as they are cancelled customer orders and i need to offload them.
GET IN QUICK 1 OFF KITS AND PRICES FG Kit 1 - $2850.00 Brembo black 6 piston caliper with custom alloy brackets and DBA T3 slotted rotors and Braided lines are supplied. No pads in this kit as race pads were going to be fitted at an additional cost but we can supply brake pads from $120 to $375.The alloy brackets are hard anodized and the caliper sits in a little higher position than factory but these brackets were wanted in this kit to reduce weight for the track. FG Kit 2 - $2850.00 Brembo black 6 piston caliper with factory brackets and factory rubber brake lines with DBA T3 Slotted rotors (possible genuine front rotors could be supplied) and Bremtec Euroline low dust brake pads.Everything included to fit to your FG. First in basis for these kits that are at genuine clearance prices as they are cancelled orders and i need them gone. The kits are advertised elsewhere as i need to offload them and i can add or change parts to suit a package for you with associated costs added. PM me or reply sold as to which kit you require.

These are RSpec premium brakes
Will be very scarce down the track as most RSpecs just had the black 4 piston Brembos and PBR rears |

Yes. If you purchase an F6 or GT you get 4 Piston Brembos
If you pay around $6,000 extra you will get these optional 6 pistons Brembos As well as being larger, with more pistons they are mono bloc calipers This means they are cut from a single piece of material and are more rigid instead of two pieces bolted together like the normal 4 piston brakes Unless you are a driving god you will never want for more brakes |

They are great value and will become a rare part. They have many many pad and rotor choices too, which is something to think about when selecting brakes. You can get budget pads, good street pads with great feel and instant bite, dustless stuff, or hardcore race pads almost anywhere. If you're in the market for good brakes, then yeah, can't loose at the price |

I had 6-pot brembo's on the front of my gs for a couple of years with only the standard gs/xr6 300mm rears, I had no issues at all, but I never raced it on a track with corners, I have since put some 4-pots on (thanks Easyboss), I haven't noticed much difference in brake performance on the road with the new rears though

while on the topic of brembos haha...
my gs ute came with 4 pot brembos on the front and some slotted/drilled rotors (from the last owner) and just upgraded the rear pads and rotors on the rear. i think the brake feel isnt that great, its smooth but the bloody bt50 work ute has a harder bite/forward lurch when pressing on the brakes hard. is it just the gs ute is heavier? or are my pads possibly toast (quite dusty though)? what is the best recommendation on a street pad for 600hp in a daily? i honestly thought the brembos would be better, they're good, but as said, the work ute grabs harder :/ cheers! |

Sounds like u might need new fluid and braided lines if not already done. Pads and rotors could be glazed as well depending on how they've been treated.

rotors dont look glazed, but pads are squeally, is there a trial fix? aka pads out and sand them back a bit to take the glaze off? |

The factory brakes on the BT50 are designed for that but you can't compare them as they are complete different cars. Just confirming that your saying the previous owner fitted the Brembo 4 pot fronts but left the factory 303mm solid discs on the rear and this set up has only done 17000km's? What brand of rotors and pads have been fitted?

Yes brembo 4 pot up front and stock caliper rears with rotors done front and rear
I don't know what the pads are, haven't pulled them out yet, I think rotors are ADB? White and red box I think I saw at his place ages ago. |
