Some more tickets go on sale tomorrow at 9am:

"Overwhelming demand from fans has led Monster Energy Australia to announce a further and final run of free tickets to the September 3 Ken Block Gymkhana World Tour event at Melbourne’s Calder Park Raceway. 6000 free tickets were secured in less than 5 hours last week, and upon a personal request from the viral video superstar, an additional 1000 tickets will be released via Ticketmaster.com.au at 9am on Monday July 18. Tickets are strictly limited to 2 per person and are not available via the call centre or outlets."

So, who ended up going? What did you think?

I'm heading to the W.R.C. Rally Australia tomorrow and will be in the Service Park periodically throughout the event. Not counting on it but it would be nice to meet Ken.

Hey Eddie, I attended along with Matt, George, Adam and Simon. Had a blast.
We all took photos and video. I'm still editing the footage I shot.

I went and thought it was a massive let down. I found Matt Mingay on the Harley more entertaining, and the promo chicks..Oh and the chick who whipped her top off to get Ken to sign it.

Thanks Fled. I'm at the W.R.C. and having a blast! Final day tomorrow and I hope J.M. Latvala ends up winning.

She was sitting directly in front of me.

I was a little disappointed as well; I was expecting something mind-blowing like the Gymkhana videos.

We did get a good laugh at the massive understeer of both the Holden drift ute and the Holden V8 supercar (it looked like he nearly went into the wall from where I was sitting).

Dang, missed out.

He didn't end up winning but a 2nd place is nice. Had my photo taken with Ken and Miikko and Jari-Matti too.
