Hey guys,
i been a member of this other forum for a while, its specifically aimed at XBOX 360 owners with Xbox Live.

Yeah these public holidays get abit boring if your 17 and cant drive, go out or visit friends without walking..
I play Xbox 360, dont have xbox live yet tho...

I'll be a fact to back it up LOL.

Nah each to their own I guess, I'm PC-only, try to keep my PC up to spec enough to play the latest games.

That being said, I have been known at parties to get cranking on Guitar Hero & Singstar on console.

Thing that really gets on my nerves with games is stuff like GTA, that comes out on Playstation six months before it hits PC's.

interesting i want to buy a game console soon and have been confused about which to buy so with out it being an auguement,
which one is better it will be used by the whole family it must be easy to use as i have 3 kids under 6 yrs of age
so which has better range of games (young kid games)

ROFL - Atari 2600 emulator for PC rocks. Although its the C64 emulator I'm hooked on more than anything!

Im on there, stil lawaiting for the gys in sydney to send my xbox back after the three red rings debacle :(

Good news tho, i received an email this morning to say it had arrived, and that it would take 3-4 weeks :(

The new 65nm die shrink for the Xbox360 means very low chance of the RROD, even then it has a 3 year warranty against it.

Sorry if i flamed you at the start, i thought it was going to turn into a fight, but you've managed to argue without flaming (good job) ;)

I'm both, PC and console gamer, mainly consoles with mates though. I got a PS2 and an Xbox, i prefer the Xbox controller.

I tend to stay away from racing games, (the only one i play is NFS2:Hot Persuit on PS2 which i find was the last GOOD NFS game before the series went down the gurgler) because i just cant stand doing a race, you're on lap 9 out of 10, you see the finish line just around the corner, getting closer, then you accidentally balls up the corner and tap the wall, you are now facing the opposite direction to only see your oponents grab 1st 2nd and the Hyundai Excell snatch 3rd place. I swear racing games hate me because i find this happening to me 9 times out of 10.

I'm an RPG and RTS fan, i do play the occasional FPS, but only simulations like SWAT 3/4 (On PC) and Ghost Recon on Xbox. The Xbox had more for me in the way of games.

To tell you the truth, i only got my PS2 for the Metal Gear Solid series, as I'm a die hard fan of it, that is the only series i really like on it.

We all have our own preferences though
