I just bought an el fairmont but not picture worthy just yet. Planning on binning the el xr8 or ftr's whatever they call them, that are on it in favour of a standard wheel, thinking el ghia rims?
Then it'll get dropped on its ring, exhaust, tint and maybe sun visor for laughs

My old ED V8. Was an auto, then a manual and then converted back to an auto again. Went very well indeed.

I'm watching it... If I don't get the EL that im looking at, guess i'm gonna bid on this thing..

Just scared with getting another povo-pack e-series (GLi) because I would end up modding it with GT40P Heads, AU Explorer intake, Thermos, ELGT/T-series headers, twin 2.5" exhaust, lowering, FTR's, XR front end, EF interior and the list goes on and on and on...

So what do I have to check in a V8 wagon? I know the common stuff like trans, engine, head gaskets, coil condition etc, but what else?
