Default AUII Fuel pump

Hi Guys

I'm about to paint my AUII XR8 Ute, I'm taking the tub off to rust proof the rails and under the tub floor. While it's off I want to put in a new fuel pump as it's easier to get to with no tub, or it appears to be.
My question, is there anything special I need to be aware of it all looks simple enough, but it's a car and not much goes to plan.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. This is my first time fuel pump change over

Thanks
Craig
