Default American Stallions..

As from the West Aust newspaper.....
New mustangs are being rounded up and shipped to Australia... This new mustang is nicer to drive & looks like a mustang is supposed to look. And this one can compete on driveability with a monaro or GT.
Prices start from $89,000 to $183,000 for topspec Extreme with excess of 370Kw
www.mustangmotorsport.com.au
Maybe the Extreme engine will find its way into the GT line up....

The cost of conversion and shipment/compliance just blows the base price skyhigh. In a perfect world they would sell here for 40K. If only Ford US would build them in RHD.

One of my mates from school has a Mach One V8, and, compared to the Mach One, the new ones look great. Are the two bottom ones SVT models? If so, they are what the real Stang should look like.

About time.

In the weekend paper here in adelaide, there was a 2005 build Supercharged Mustang GT with all the goodies (leather etc.) in LHD for 89,000. I can't remember but it said it was 1 lady owner and was out of sydney.
Surely you could get a head start in this baby

Will look for the article

there was talk about making a RHD for the UK market , but gas prices would mean not much in sales, same here in oz, not enough numbers to do the tooling for RHD, only holden spends millions of dollars to convert a car to LHD to sell for less in another country and i think they sold more monaros in hobart than the US market.
