Default washers and nuts, SA

hey guys just wondering if anyone has the washer, nut etc that you use when you replace the wheels bearings because i tried everywhere i can think of in adelaide to buy the washer with the little tooth that locks it in but cant find it, if anyone can either give me any advise as to where i could find it or whether u have a second hand one that is in condition good enough to use because mine is completely shot.
