oh, got this in an email from a friend who's on an extended working holiday in japan.....

The Japanese have been so cocky and biased over the last week its not funny. Not a chance that Austrlia will win!! Well, normally I wouldnt care about the soccer but these bloody Japanese just stirred up my patriotic instincts!!! I whacked a $100 on them with a $220 return.
