A friend of mine just recently picked up a brand new fiesta zetec. Did we ever conclude if the new fiesta's are eligable to join the club?

Well, they *are* built in Germany, aren't they?
I wonder if the Thai-built ones are eligible though? (nyuk-nyuk)
