Reverse is NW not SW, other than that the white is thinner, duller, I suppose worn relative to that but I haven't cleaned it up - no cracks or anything silly. I'll give it a scrub and see what comes up. I know the black is deep and glossy just like that ebay link.

What's it worth? Haven't got a pic of it yet, as I didn't get to the car this weekend. Maybe $20 for instance? As for what I need - well, would that swap for a good working XB clock?

Or rear honeycomb sections in any kind of condition? So long as the honeycomb and frame is complete - I don't needs pins or paint, as my beaver is flat and I'll be painting/chroming it anyway.

I've just been stripping back some panels on the XB and have found that the R/H front guard is full of bog...covering bingle damage, other dents and rust. Also my R/H door has some bad splits around the 3 screws at the latch along with some more nasty rust.

Can anyone help me out in getting hold of a decent door and guard... I don't mind if the guard has minor rust in lower section, I can fix that alright.

I'm also keeping my eye out for a fluted bonnet and possibly a L/H door.

I'm in Newcastle, NSW

Cheers

Landau stocking hose material for sale which is extremely rare! Havnt seen it come up before. Just a shame there is only enough for one seat and it is expensive because of that reason. If someone had a roll to complete a full interior, they would be sitting on a gold mine!

What's a coupe bootlid worth these days in good condition? I've never seen one come up for sale.

I need a set of black front & rear seatbelts to suit an XB Coupe, if anyone can help please let me know. Also after a black rear seat, but any colour will do really as I'm likely to get it reupholstered.

Cheers all.

Has anyone got a 3.5:1 LSD diff centre for a 9" for sale? I'm not sure what the difference is as I have seen the packs for sale on ebay but unsure what is needed to match an LSD...which mine is but with 2.75:1.
Diff is making occasional clunk clunk clunks at very low speed so an overhaul may be needed, hence might as well up the ratio a bit.

Any help much appreciated and happy to ship if not in Sydney.

PM me if you can.

Cheers, Jamie

I have a pair of spare coupe doors for an xa that are pretty reasonable. where are you located? got a bootlid too, but it needs a lot of work.

I will be going through all my surpluss xa coupe stuff soon and getting rid of anything I dont want, so stay tuned.
I know I have a spare set of stainless door top moulds left n right lying around and a few spare bonnet moulds plus tuns of large buckle seatbelts for coupes and some later retractable coupe belts too, and plenty of extra bits too. Will post them up once I go through it all.

Hi all,

Does anyonme have a pair (or set) of BF Goodrich tyres in 235 x 14" ?
Ideally I just need a pair as my rear 265's are perfect...fronts are showing wear.
I am in Sydney but can collect from Rural NSW whilst on work trips if I have to.
All help welcome!

Cheers, Jamie

Ok guys, had a quick look at what I had lying around. This isnt everything by a long shot, but covers some of what I have been getting PM's about.

First the doors....XA coupe doors. 2 right doors 1 left door. RH door 1 has a good frame and striker area, but the skin isnt great at all. RH door 2 is in good overall nick, has some surface rust and a few bubbles of stuff coming up down in the lower sill area, striker ok. Nothing too ugly yet. LH door is basically the same condition as RH door 2, except there is a rust bubble in the middle of the sill instead of at the end of it, and the striker area needs fixing. Can use either the spare door shell or I can supply a good striker repair section to weld into place. All the doors are easily repairable.

Boot....standard coupe bootlid. will need to be paint stripped and has a few older repairs in the end bit that goes over the tail lights. part of the skin has some filler in it. I dont know how deep, I got another bootlid, so didnt investigate further.

Stainless front left and right coupe door top trims.....These things are allmost concourse. all they need is a polish and away you go. No deep scratches at all on either, no dints, no gouges. These are an 8 or 9 out of 10 before a polish.

C pillar moulds coupe....These have been rechromed and present as best as possible. They still have the factory bubbles that you cannot remove, but present as reconditioned items. These are fairmont/gt items to suit the full length stainless trims of those models.

XA GT Guard Flutes....1 left and 1 right. 1 is definantly genuine (RHS) the other I suspect is an early repo as you can bend it about and shape it a little. Feels like lead??? solid but pliable if that makes sense. The genuine one has 2/3 pins intact the repo one none. These things are as rare as hens teeth, and a must if you are doing an xa gt front end.

Please make any queries/offers to PM so we dont clog the thread. If you want/expect me to name $$ then I will have to refer to ebay sale prices to get an idea of worth, as I dont really know their current values.
I have pics of all the above bits if anyone asks too.

Donny
