I dealt with Ford CRC when I had some delivery issues with my Mondeo (predelivery damage and my details being forwarded onto junk mailing agencies by the dealer.) They basically washed their hands of it and said what the dealer does has nothing to do with them?!?
"HELLO?! They sell your vehicles and it reflects badly on Ford Australia", of course they still weren't interested.....
