Thumbs up Drags

Excellent works guys, the tuners and drivers! It was just a matter of time, there's lots of little things that will get the N/A Boss 260 into the 12's, just like the LS1 SS Commodores. Everyone's starting to work it all out now, the Boss 260 will pull back those LS1 SS times. The great part is that there is long list of Boss 260's lining up! Melbourne is really the place to be, Sydney has been dead for Boss 260 stuff, should pick up soon though. I wish there were a lot of similarly modded BA XR8's at WSID early in the year. It felt pretty lonely up here then, nobody to exchange ideas with ETC, keep up the great work.

Hi Craig, there will always be 1 disadvantage we can never make up with the commodores and that’s the weight, it’s a real bummer how much better would we be with a few kilo's off the BA.
The Funny thing is the BA Ute is the heaviest Falcon ever, and they seem to be out in front....Go the Utes....
i need i diet..lol..

I think I've heard you say it before, the utes have a simple **** end setup. Who needs all of this IRS crap when the utes just rip down there, autos as well, like c'mon!

P.S. I'm still waiting for a Boss 260 to better a 108.11mph, he he he...

It does show you are making good power.
Unfortunately there is no prize for MPH.
Rods 129mph and THCinc 118mph, both these guy's would love a lower ET.

I have to try. lol. Im not really bothered. Its all good fun and all for FORD. I have had the title for 9 months and we all needed a new bench mark to chase. Bring it on i say.
I was suprised how long I held it for and have always said it will be beaten. I would love to see and unopend Boss match that of the LS1's now in the high 11's.
As most of you know my life style is going to change a bit in the future with twins (children not turbos) on the way. I will still be around and come to the events and stuff like that. If I happen to go quicker, great , If not it doesn't matter. As long as I can keep the ute I will always have a quick toy...

Even after ORSMXR beats the 13.20 I will have the quickest manual ute for a little while. lol. There are that many different versions of titles I could go for the quickest Unichiped Boss ect ect....

Cheers all and keep up the great work.......................Kev

I have not seen the dyno sheet but I have driven the car before it the cams done, Boy did it have some serious traction issues or should I say lack of them. 1st gear was a wast of time, 2nd was nearly as bad and 3rd well you got hook up about halfway through. Bloody insane is the only way to discribe it.. I guess thats why I loved driving it so much.

OOPS. I thought you were talking about bluebloods ute....
