I run under an LA2 permit, 20% more power than original. Its easy to run 320kw street tune and when playing swap blower pulley and flash in the big tune.

I just had to engineer the fitment etc and do emissions testing.

Not much has changed with LA2 as far as I can tell.

Yep but a copper only has to be of the opinion you are illegal to put a sticker on it.

DOT are asking for engineers to verify the swept capacity, of the engine before allowing forced induction engines.
