just a heads up au11futura, it's not usually deemed correct to post in threads that are years old and dig them up. it's called threadmining, and its not good.

i don't get it either. what is the big problem with thread mining? at least there's not 20 different threads on the main page with the same questions in them....

just for the record, my au1 forte is limited to 180 (i used to live in nt) on petrol at least. never tried it on lpg as i only got that put on since being in wa and if the limiter cuts spark i'd hate to see what that would do to the motor, lol

Bravo - at least he/she knows how to use the search function - seriously guys, if the topic is still relivant who gives a rats **** how old the thread is?

Well, thats my 2c worth....

Oh yeah, on topic - the speed limiter was there for a reason - go too fast with the steel propshaft (as opposed to the HD alloy unit) and the harmonic resonance from the flexing will blow the **** of the back fo the BTR boxes - NOT FUN........

Cheers

James

I'm one and I don't think mining a thread just to say that you can go way past 190 is appropriate, so I care.

Guys remember that it is against site T&C, plus it is stupid, to post on here about breaking the speed limit on public roads.
