I booked La Porchetta today and will be giving them final numbers on Wednesday. So please get your name on the list before then.

They have offered the following package which works out cheaper than normal.


Cost per head: $17.90

Everybody gets:
Garlic and Herb Focaccias for starters

Entree: Choice of 3 pastas from the restaraunt menu

Mains: Choice of 3 pizzas from the Restaraunt Menu until we say stop - so basically as much as you can eat.

For those with Kids - they can order from the kids menu and only pay whatever its listed on there for - no need to pay $17 a head for them.

Basically how it works for the rest of us is they give us entrees etc, then gourmet pizzas in groups of 3 for as long as we want until we say stop. Works out a lot cheaper that way, and also caters for people like Minge! :.


Drinks - you buy these yourself, pay for em at the bar etc and the Function room is right next to the bar.

I'll get further details of how it all works on Wednesday but that is a basic rundown.

It's time to "dob in a Focus driver" time.

For those who dont know b2tf has been able to do most of this because he is as they say, between jobs. So much so that I heard that he was supposed to start a new job this week but told his future employer "sorry, cant start untill next week, way too busy this week"

Now if thats not dedication, what is?
