Hi All
Just thought i would say a quick hello amd introduce myself. My name is George and i am from Melbourne Victoria. Cars, modifying cars and racing is in my blood. I have joined this forum because i have recently purchased a 69 xt falcon which i plan on modifying with my father to pay homage to his first car. I plan on keeping a build thread here and look forward to hearing all your valuable input and info as the old classic falcon world is pretty new to me. (I come from a 4wd background) Besides the xt falcon i also own a 98 series 1 GU Patrol with a 2006 bf xr6 turbo engine conversion. Not going to go too far into depth with that but its a full built engine, has a pro charge 67mm turbo, running water to meth injection and going for retune on october 23rd (looking for 700hp) Build thread for the patrol can be found here if interested https://4x4earth.com/forum/index.php...-patrol.40244/ Photos and build thread to follow |

G'day George, will look forward to the build, not too many XT's about anymore.
Besides the xt falcon i also own a 98 series 1 GU Patrol with a 2006 bf xr6 turbo engine conversion. Not going to go too far into depth with that but its a full built engine, has a pro charge 67mm turbo, running water to meth injection and going for retune on october 23rd (looking for 700hp) Why? But then, why not?

Haha thanks mate. Yeah the patrol definitely gets a weird reaction. Especially when a 3 tonne 4wd keeps up with vehicles its not meant to. I built it with the sole purpose to be able to head out 4wding by day then slap the street tyres on amd mix it up with the big boys by night. Its an interesting vehicle thats for sure. How do i post pictures here? |

No, the tabs here dont apply.
Everyone used Photo bucket before until they closed off all the photo's and wanted payment to re open them, or something like that. So now people just use what ever works for the, PB supposedly rescinded their stance, but don't know what the outcome was. Just download a pic in postimages and then you will see about 9 options you can then do with the pic, select "choose thumbnail for forum"then simply paste it into your post. It does come up as a thumbnail in your post but viewers can click on it for a bigger view.
