Check your tyres for stones caught in the tread or maybe a nail or screw.Last week I had a similar noise and found a short teckscrew in rear left tyre.cheers

In the last 5 years I've had 2 flat tyres both in the rear-left wheel.The 1st one was a piece of wire which shredded the inside of the tyre wall & the 2nd was a roofing screw.Still better to have the rear flat than the front eh?!
