Default Computer stores on the Gold Coast?

Hi Guys :

Ive recently moved to the GC and was wandering if there are any decent and reputable computers stores in the region? Preferably within 10kms of Surfers Paradise.

I currently have a 8 year old pc :yeees: , so I need to upgrade to a new pc, plus get some odds and ends as well.

Any recommendations would be appreicated

cheers

Eeek, i dont think your gonna have much luck. Theres a few small ones around but im not sure about them. I recommend Gamedude up in brisbane thou, they will send all your parts etc. Really cheap and always have some great bargains.

I concur, Umart in Brisbane or the Gold Coast are very good value, Some things Gamedude (Springwood Just off the highway) are better for, but be prepared for a wait @ Gamedude at anytime on Saturdays or at lunch time during the week! Also in Brisbane @ Mount GRavatt is Computer Alliance, they are pretty good!

I've been buying bits off Umart for a few years now.
Good service, good prices, haven't had any drama's at all.
I just bought an Acer 19 inch widescreen monitor from them with COD charges cheaper than I could find anywhere else in QLD.
They're happy to answer any questions you have about parts etc.
