my au's auto shifter is a bit loose, vibrates back and forth over any bumps in the road, a couple times over big bumps on a country hwy it dropped down to 3rd.
i heard somewhere a while back there's a bush somewhere in there that could be worn. has anyone replaced this bush, have any tips on replacing? thanks, ben. |

Not saying this is your problem but I've got a loose shifter on my XH, doesn't fit exactly to what you're saying about jumping out of gear - bloody annoying though.
I just bought a pair of these bushes from my local Ford dealer for $10/pair - very common failure. I've not fitted them yet. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/121169854...84.m1438.l2649 Cheers!
