Default Tickford calipers-wheel compatability

Hi guys,

Just wondering if the Premium Tickford calipers will fit under 16 inch XR alloys? Or are 17's minimum size for clearnace. I've had a search, but cant find the answer.

Cheers.

I tried a 16" AU1 "clover leaf" style onto a car with tickford premiums, and it did not fit.

not sure about the 16" 5 spokes or the 16" steelies that some came with as a spare wheel.
