so from the time you go to bed to the start of next day's dinner youve had a total of 100 calories?

Your body needs nutrition constantly throughout the day to maintain health. Putting your body through a prolonged period of malnutrition, then gorging at the end of the day isnt something that anyone should do to lose weight
