cost of manual conversion for a el/ef?

hey there all you el/ef guru's, so im thinking bout parking my turbo an getting an el or ef as a toy and run around and eventually strip and full custom build. Its ganna be a v8 and i want a manual. But the auto's seem to be a fair bit cheaper. So wondering what a manual conversion would be worth? Just a Basic t5 is what i would be after.

Always loved the e's never know i might end up skipping camp from the ba to an el
