Default Surging

Guys i had a engine tune and diagnostic report done about 10 days ago. In the report, i have cross firing on the leads, need new belt (which i have just not fitted yet) Brake fluid contaminated, a small leak at diff inspection plate, rear tranny seal and need new rear brakes.(10%) Just done the front brakes. The car now surges when travelling at 60 sounds a bit rough on over run. Its never done this before with the exhaust as i have pacemakers and a 2 and half single triple flow muffler all new. Any thoughts on the leads causing this or maybe a fuel issue (dud fuel) The workshop was very good, no probs there. As i am on holidays right now its not realy possible to take the car down and poay more money for diagnosis. I've spent almost 900 in the last 2 weeks on the car, new battery, DBA's, new service and tune parts etc, few other bits and pieces. What do you think about my surge issue?
