They probably did the rear like that for cooling. It's certainly different!

A BMW 318 is a common car in Germany, like a average family car and at $54k here it is priced pretty well. The BMW 760 at $365k is a bit different, just a little.

At $475k for the starter and up to $542k for the LP 560-4 Spyder E gear, it is hardly a poor mans anything. Many reviews have actually rated the Gallardo as more of a true sports car and better drive than the Murcielago.

To suggest this sort of equipment belongs to "poor men"is just crazy. I highly doubt they average family in Italy drives a Gallardo. Does that mean the Ferrari California is the pov pack as well?

I reckon if you're going all out on the Lambo, it has to be the top model, which is the Murcielago, if you have $500K to blow on a car, whats an extra few hundred thousand?

Another investment property, which makes money, over a Lambo which loses money.

The attitude that a Gallardo is a poor mans Lambo is common amongst people that can not actually afford any Lambo.

Of course it is, if I could afford a Lamborghini, I wouldn't be an apprentice motor mechanic on $7.05 an hour, with a Fiesta lol.

I am also tipping that if he has the cash to do this conversion to a $500k car, he has a few other desirable machines in his stable.

It is one hell of a conversion which would have taken a lot of work, if you have the money, why not?

Oh god..!
I love mustangs don't get me wrong, but a lambo is a tad more impressive imo. Why would you want to make your lamborghini look like something so much cheaper and more common?? (assuming this in in the US)

Did anyone on here actually look at the pictures..?

HE DID NOT CONVERT HIS LAMBO!

Its an engine swap... the engine went into a mustang body.

It still means there is a orange Lambo with no driveline, photos clearly show it being removed.

Yikes, that's insane!

Good on the owner for doing it differently, though.
