Marques in the Park - Sunday November 22

[FASTXR]

This annual car show has moved this year to the Patrick White Lawns, Parkes (between the National Library and the lake).

Unlike previous years, our club will not be holding its All Ford Day as part of this event, since our Capital All Ford Day is happening in March. As such, we will be attending Marques in the Park simply as exhibitors.

Setup is from 8.30am, with the show running from 10.00am until 3.00pm. There is no entry fee.

I won't be showing, but intend to pay a visit.

Ok everyone, meeting place is the rear of Old Parliament House at 8.30am tomorrow. We will then drive down to the National Library as a group and get set up.

The show runs from 10am to 4pm, though in previous years we've found that people tend to take off earlier than this.

We will have one of the club marquees there. Could you all please bring your own chairs and any foods and drinks you might want during the day.

i was driving over the bridge on my way back to melbourne, it was easy to spot you guys as your marquee stands out. if i had some spare time i was going to have a quick look at the show but didn't get there

Thanks MR_LON, the marquee sure does stand out. We had a good turnout today too. I didn't show, but made an appearance, took some photos, which as usual I'll post when I get around to it.
