Hi all just a quick question.
I have just been in to get a price for an after market towbar for my 07 Focus TDCI hatch and have been told there may be a problem with wiring up the trailer plug on this model, has anyone else heard this? Is it just a simple wire up or will an adaptor harness be required? Cheers dcyl1973 |

The dealer fittieds a 900kg Haymen Reece on mine and did not complain about the wiring.

A lot of new cars have a 'plug and play' setup, the dealer kit possibly comes with a loom that plugs in somewhere. How much was the aftermarket kit? AFAIK the dealer one is about $400.

Might have to resort to using a dealer supplied one. |

I purchased the towpack yesterday, it doesn't come with a plug and play loom.
