Default xr series 2 and xr50/te50 side skirts question

hi,
i was just woundering if the series 2 / 3 side skirts from a XR sit equal with the bottom of the car or are a little longer ? same goes with the te50 mock up skirts.

i know that the series 2/3 sedans came out with side skirts that were flush with the curvwe int he bsae of the car. thats all

anyone have any ideas ?

They sit a little lower, but not much - maybe 10mm or so. Why?

series 2 xr skirts sit no lower than the base of the sill. i know this cause i put them on my car and looked at this.

so look under your car, the curvy bit goes under then there is a vertical bit of metal just below it. thats as low as the series 2 skirts go.

t3 skirts go about an inch lower than tha or so.

well the rear part is just a skirt as well.

the only difference is, anything factory plastic will fit better than aftermarket fibreglass. thats about it.
