Default Stolen

STOLEN

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

ok didn't know where to post this. I feel very sick for a friend of mine who worked hard on this car.

Its a 1970 HT GTS Monaro. Green with Gold Stripes.
Number plates PHT 253.

He was down at the goldcoast/brisbane for Wintersun. As far as i know was stolen Sunday night. Car had an imoboliser etc so was obviuosly pushed onto a car trailer etc.
Please keep an eye out for it or any remenence of it. It was underinsured i have been informed and i really feel for the guy.

I wouldn't normally post pics of people's car without consent however i think in this case he wouldn't mind.
http://www.fordforums.com.au/attachm...id=43495&stc=1
Please let me know if you see any parts etc for sale. And pass the word on to keep an eye out for a green monaro with gold stipes. The car is a 253 4sp.

Nah instead they pick on people doing a few kms over the speed limit as its easy money with no paperwork for them.. Lets not forget the tax paid for typhoons they cruise in.. GRRRRR...

John wish the owners best of luck for me. Here is a slightly better pic from a club run. For the people on the lookout, the green is very similar to Jewel green on the XA's. I have a better picture (in the day time) and will post it if needed when I find it.

Thats the 3rd one I have heard of getting stolen from Wintersun this year so far.
There has been a XA GT Coupe, XY GT and then this one.
Obviously pros and probably going to a private collector not wanting to pay the current prices.

FN Scumbags. Hope they get the cars back.
